Level Brackets for Alliance War Campaigns

It would be nice if you could make campaigns divided by player levels. 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 and vetaran only Campaigns. Playing Alliance War is hopeless and frustrating when you have a full raid of low levels that can't survive the veteran enemies. Brackets will allow them to do pve/pvp for their level and there won't be any troubles to make a balance in Cyrodiil.

    This takes too much away from the higher levels, though.

    I was thinking more about adding instances to the broader war, so you get into an instanced arena/dungeon/strategy map and have a particular quest to complete with an equal number of all 3 factions all at the same level.

    Basically, use the boosting mechanic equally so that VR10 and Level 10 are equal. Then it boils down to how you use strategy to win.

    OP, you are aware, that if it did work like that, there would literally be 10v10v10 on each cyrodiil instance.


    Also. How would a guild play together, if their members are all separate levels?

    Eh. I've seen level 10s kill VR in 1v1 fights... this would make leveling in pvp even more difficult and far more pointless for a lower level to be there. (You get xp based on the level of the enemy player and their rank compared to yours.)

    That is a bad idea. You would never get enough low level players to fill the battle. Now there are lots of people leveling. In 6 months, it would be a ghost town at the lower levels.

    I have no problem at all facing higher level people. I have been taking all my characters in at level 10 and doing fine.

    Nope , this is one bad idea.

    You can do this in something like WoW , where at most you need 80 players for it to work , and even there is takes a while. Not in ESO where you need like 2000 players.

    I would make it two brackets, 10-49 and 50+. Im slowly leveling and if i see im just a cannon fodder for VR players im gonna stop pvp alltogehter. They should make at least one test campaign for leveling plasyers and see how it plays.

    The whole point of RvR is that it encompasses entire realms. It's not supposed to be level restrictive, that is why stats get bolstered up to level 50 for all. Complaining because a VR10 killed you is no different then complaining at level 49 killed a level 10. Higher levels, more time in, stronger characters.

    They ruined this game with the crappy veteran rank system and not allowing people to level in pvp....this is going to hurt pvp population very much and possibly put the game under faster than we would like to see...I have guild mates dropping left and right due to the cheesy leveling after 50.

    The bolstering makes it viable for a level 10 to kill a Vet ranked player. Your attributes are boosted as is your gear. What the vets have over lower level players is more abilities to choose from, way more passives, and better set gear.
