Bug report Alik'r desert "Imperial quest"

It's a rescue mission to take back hostage from imperial camp.
I forget correct quest name.
According to the quest order,player have to put on
some barrel(something expolsive??) in the Imperial Bunker.
But,quest location doesn't set on ground. It sets above the player head position.
Therefor, player can't put on barrel designated location.
