DO NOT IGNORE Game crashes every time I'm inside the Lydia in Bloodthorn Assassins quest

I'm having a problem: while doing the Bloodthorn Assassins quest, I was tasked with finding the assassins inside a ship called the Lydia. As soon as I clicked E to enter the ship, the game crashed. Now every time I try to log in, the game crashes upon loading. Can someone help me?
