It basically starts dropping at lvl 47 and the it seems to come in different levels, for example; I know there is lvl 47, 50, and possibly a vet ranked version. They usually drop from PvE mobs in Cyrodiil and the higher leveled zones like Reaper's March and Cold Harbour.Rosebloome wrote: »What level did it drop?

Eh, to be honest the 50 to V1-5 difference really is miniscule. Just upgrade it to blue/purple if possible and it can easily compete, mostly because of the passive. It drops around level 46-50. I haven't seen a VR version yet, but I'm only VR1.
