Nerf Sorcerers blink

It's probably been said. But i will say it again, just to make sure that the developers take notice.

Sorceres blink is waaaaay to good to be ingame.
Either this spell needs removal or adjust.

Whats the point in having a mount, when you can blink faster than the fastest mount ingame.

Whats the point, in playing a Nightblade, when stealth doesn't even function correctly, when you enter stealth with your cloak ability, it's often bugged so you can't cast any spells. And when you try to flee with it, it often doesn't make you stealthed.

While sorceres blink on the other hand, just teleports you way out of sight with only a few uses.

How can this be fair?

This can easily be fixed, by making the ability cost ALOT of mana, or giving it a longer cooldown, or simply making it a target useable ability, like you teleport to your target, friendly or enemy.

the hell i dont even know how much magicka it costs but I can cloak 3 times right now ...maybe 4 but then im oom while sorcs can blink the eff out of range and nobody can follow.

oh not to mention the DETECTED! stuff which still is there after I cloaked and actually crouched ...ah well. the bugs ...the bugs.

Oh yeah completly forgot to mention the crouch thing. Great being Nightblade, the stealthy class!

Theres one flaw.. its that Blink costs Magicka, In short distances we are much faster than horses but we will run out of Magicka fast, on long distances we are about equally fast as one.
So in places where this matter, like in Cyrodiil, its impossible to hide from any enemies as Blink leaves breadcrumbs so anyone with a horse can follow you and they will eventually catch up to you.

If you're gonna nerf Blink then all the distance closing talents should be nerfed as well.

How about stop with the calls of nerf. Once Devs cave into calls to nerf things it usually signals a low slow death to a game. I have played every single MMO that has come to market and a few that haven't thanks to an old association with a major gaming/gaming entertainment site. Nerfing nor constant balancing is good for the game.

Yeah I totally disagree with the nerfing policy. If it really is that much of an issue then you should roll that kind of character.

Its not OP.. maybe good for running away but Sorcerers (who use light armor) are weak, in the VR zones I can get two shotted by melee.. We need something that moves us away from melee damage and not just CC..

IF they nerf blink, then they better go nerf shieldbash, magma armor and the spammable that templar spear thingy that knocks you down for 3 seconds.

I think certain abilities just need higher cool downs, ESPECIALLY knockdowns.

Is this a request to nerf something for PVP reasons? If so, you probably don't need to nerf it, you just need a better gaming rig and better skills. I wouldn't know cause I don't PVP, but that's generally what I hear people saying is the solution to PVP problems.

This is my opinion on sorceres blink. Im not talking about other classes abilities, so stop defending, or make your own damn thread about it lol.
And no Eris, it has nothing to do with skills, you really make yourself sound stupid. First you say it probably is my computer that is bad and i need better skills, then you say you dont even pvp??? Why would you even comment, if you have no idea what you're talking about lol ?

Over-exaggerated as is common with complaint posts aimed at other classes. It's not OP. If you're so jealous of the skill, re-roll sorcerer. Otherwise, stop calling for nerfs just because your class isn't working properly.

If you are not good at taking advantage of melee character's thick skin, knock down, high HP, heavy damage, maybe you should just re-roll something else.

bull, i was saying sorc has low HP and weak armor, no good melee damage.

if you want to answer something, please do read what people write first.
