ESO and Peerblock

Anyone else running peerblock while running the game? if so, anyone else getting a bazillion blocked connex from various university, corporate, gov and military institutions?
the most common offender being amazon?
as far as i can tell, it isn't impeding the game at all (although could it be slowing my load times?) it is definitely related to the game client and launcher since peerblock will be totally inactive until i launch ESO. for most online games i can find a ip address list for the company in question (valve, soe, blizzard, etc) so that i can 'allow' those connex.
i am posting this in the hopes that someone official can look into how this program affects the client but i would love to hear about any player experiences with peerblock and ESO.
