The Serpent Stone needs some help!

As pretty much every player knows Mundus Stones / Birthsigns are a key part of every Elder Scrolls game, they let you fine tune a character according to a particular build, or just roleplay taking in the lore surrounding a particular birthsign (like Argonians born under the Shadow). You can imagine my disappointment then with the effects of the current Serpent Stone. I have played a Serpent born Argonian in every Elder Scrolls game I've ever played, and I usually get some use out of it, but in this game there is just one teensy problem:

The Serpent Stone has NO in combat applications whatsoever!

It is the ONLY Mundus Stone I can say this about. Even the Steed has some practical combat uses as it can let melee classes close in on opponents, not true with the Serpent Stone, its only use is out of combat and out of combat regen is already ridiculously fast. It's the only Mundus Stone with this little catch to it. The Atronach Stone magicka regen works just fine in and out of combat, we have in combat health regen elsewhere in the form of jewelry enchants, and it's possible to overcharge the stat anyway, why did the Serpent Stone need to be crippled like this. It needs to be changed, and the simple solution would be to just
change the regen to work IN combat, at a reduced rate. But we can do better than this if we really want it to fit past Serpent Stones better like:

- Increased Poison Resistance. The Serpent Stone was able to cure poison in Oblivion and typically deals poison damage so a poison related buff would make sense, and would be at least a decent option for werewolf players to shore up that one weakness they have.

- Increased stun/knockdown/disorient duration. The Serpent Stone also has a history of providing a half decent stun, so a stun related buff would make sense as well and it would be a great option for certain builds.

I'd argue about a couple other Mundus Stones too (Really? Atronach is the magicka regen one this game? Have you never used an Atronach sign build in any other Elder Scrolls game?) but Serpent Stone is the only one that is glaringly underpowered.
