Charged twice for the game purchase 65 dollars.

So I decided to buy the game for my friend right, well when I did he got in and was playing away. I bought him the regular edition of the game. When I went to check my bank account their were 2 charges. 1 for 65 dollars and some change, the other charge was for 64 dollars and some change.
I sent in a ticket for this issue and no one has even responded to me. They responded to my friends ticket and say "We are sending this up to our mage!" Then at the bottom you can see the status is "SOLVED".
I cannot believe this is not a high priority for them. This is my money. I need this money for bills. This is unacceptable.
