The Final Assault Question (Spoilers inside)
So, I did the little wave fight with Meridia shielding us while King and Darien fought at each side. I grabbed the light, heard some screams then... nothing. Quest updated to say "Talk to Meridia" with a waypoint down the hill (apparently at some entrance to the Planar Vortex down below). All of the NPCs at the top were still there (Darien, King, Gabrielle, Vanus, Meridia) and the shield was still glowing.
I walked down and clicked the door. Said something about "failed to transport" so I logged out and back in. Came back in game in the Chapel in Hollow City standing by Meridia. Talked to her and the others and quest ended.
Is that really the end? Or did some lame bug cheat me out of a more spectacular ending? Or is it because I did the quest at 47?
