Large group crash... bug? or machine?

90% of the time if i join or the group ends up being 20ish+ people I end up not able to use skills or anything then end up at char select screen.
Once in a while even not grouped. I can't sprint or use any skill for a few minutes
Only thing that does work or seem to, would be guild chats.
