Having complained to zenimax about the terrible service ,the fact that this game was no where near ready on the launch date. Having been called a Troll, by all the little children who waited for the launch on the forums, I now feel totally vindicated in my decision to cancel my £69.99 imperial copy of the game and bought the standard edition for £27 pounds from CD keys. After all the problems a few days ago and being unable to log in for 27 hours I spoke to the support staff who have given me a day freeplay to reimburse me for the days play I lost. I would advise every other player to do the same, although my intention is to demand a full months freeplay as I have a contract with zenimax, they supply a working game and I pay the subscription to play it. The Uk has a very simple trading standards policy, any goods purchased must be working properly and any defect entitles the purchaser a no quibble money back guarantee. Zenimax have stated that all purchases outside the USA , are protected by the UK regulations. After the four hour updated today, the game is far worse than it was before the maintenance. Almost every quest is now bugged making playing the game pointless. So rather than stand around twiddling our thumbs or playing the lute, maybe more people need to demand compensation, not just a days freeplay, but either a complete refund of the first months subscription, or a statement from zenimax stating when this game will start to work as it should. The fact that zenimax failed to run a comprehensive beta test gave me serious doubts that this game was even close to ready. The only thing they seem to be interested in is our money, they have done little to stop the gold spammers who even send us all mail, and I doubt they are buying a new copy of the game every day to log in and spam =, which kind of proves the system is far from secure. Come on people the only way to get this done is to hurt them where it hurts most, in their pockets, Stand up and be counted demand a free moths play time, because what we are paying for now, is far from what they told us we were buying, and far below what I expected. Yes every game has bugs, but this is more bugged than working properly, and I bet if the shoe was on the other foot Mr Trump and his legal team would be rubbing their grubby little mitts thinking about how much they were going to claim in compensation. And how do You think that we demand money? Is there some petition? Their support who never reply? Threads of criticism that will be closed momentarly. I said in early access that this game belong in alpha and everyone called me also troll. But You are 100% right, only thing they want is our money. They want to earn in first couple of months and they go f2p or b2p.

I tried Wildstar beta. That beta version of game is 1000x polished than this game which is in third week since launch.

I agree with you 100%. I dont want money back from buying game, I want new 30 free days because these 30 days feels like I am paying some additional beta testing. And I cant use 30 days because of servers mainteneces, login errors, lags etc etc.
