The lack of enemy AI's in Cyrodiil Campaigns

I enjoy the free roam of Cyrodiil and it is definitely a more realistic experience opposed to gaming with friends in PVE; where NPC's are crying in towns over and over again, or some annoying cultist yells over the realm about a dark anchor being summoned. Thus I think there should be some monster zones, where enemy AI's make Cyrodiil feel more realistic. I would like to see some trolls, bears and other high leveled AI that can kill you if you wander in those zones; similar to what we experienced in Oblivion, maybe a camp of scamps just meandering on some dead human corpse or something. What are you thoughts?

I agree, if mobs could move (not only in Cyrodill) and group randomly then it would be huge difference.

Yes we want mobs to move instead of respawn in the same area. I can see this program working. It must know its limits though, like if it see's you are too close to town it will turn around and find someone else to erase. Also NPC's need to be more involved in the world, instead of staying stiff. This will make the world more immersive.

It shouldn't affect the AvA in Cyrodiil either.
