Dragonknight - Earthen Heart - Mountain's blessing passive - bugged?

I have a sneaking suspicion this passive doesn't work. It is supposed to give 1 additional ultimate when activating any earthen heart ability. I haven't run any thorough tests, but I'm pretty sure that this does not enable you to generate ultimate out of combat by simply spamming Igneous Weapons or one of the other non targeted earthen heart skills. So does this mean it only affects earthen heart abilities that deal damage and therefore already generate ultimate? I'm not to clear on what the basic rules for generating ultimate are, other than you can do it in combat by "playing well."

ghakajin✭Update - I have downloaded and started using Foundry Tactical Combat (An add-on), and I can now see the ultimate gains from this ability. It works out of combat.0

cookesjSoul ShrivenI have been wondering about this also. I put a point into it but can tell no difference in ult generation. Also if I have 250% ult and I ult it goes to 0. Is that how it is supposed to work?0
