Meat Mandate is old fashioned now? (according to the new Silvenar).
Since when did that get repealed or become optional?
One bosmer gets killed for picking up a flower, another is threatened with physical punishment for eating a potato (no evidence, he walks), Salad Eater is an insult.
Yet i have found a book detailing a wood elf recipe, that involves chopped onions.
And now i am faced with a bunch of Bosmer, official military no less, who are planning to burn down a whole village of trees.
Just how tightly is the lore of the quests vetted before they get put in the game?
Now, i am not a huge lore buff, and my fandom of the genre is largely based on Morrowind (got bored with Oblivion, bought Skyrim just recently and get sidetracked with exploring so never finished main quest).
And i understand that, as it is property of Bethesda, they are free to change lore whenever they want.
But i still keep wondering if the lore has been changed by choice, if the quest writers themselves are not all that familiar with lore, or if i have somehow misunderstood the lore that exists.
Also, Bosmer having been shapeshifters before green pact, is that new thing or had i just missed it?
