1. I haven't changed any graphics settings at all or any computer settings at all.
2. I've been playing since beta without an issue.
3. I've done diagnostics and opened up my other games to confirm that it is not a hardware issue.

That looks familiar.... oh yes, it's my video! No one has replied to my original post with that issue so I was about to try asking in this forum instead.
My GFX card is Nvidia GTX 650 Ti. Drivers are 335.23 (the latest ones)
I've changed various graphics settings, including shadows on and off and nothing seems to make any difference. This only seems to happen with point lights, not the outdoor sun lighting, so it's much worse and happens more regularly indoors.0
