Are certain crafting lines more beneficial for each role? (Tank, DPS, Healer)

I made my first character a couple weeks ago and figured that I should spend some time on the crafting side of the game. So I was wondering if it was more beneficial to choose one craft over the other for building a better player. In my case being a DK Tank.

AreoHotah✭✭✭✭Well yes ofc , tankers need heavy armor. you should also check "torugs pact" set cuz it gives 100 armor bonus for 3 piecesHota'h, Dual-wield/bow full medium armor NB Khajiit from day 1.
