enchanting glyph not working properly?
I made some Slight Glyph of Magicka that's suppose to "Adds 34 Max Magicka" to armor, but when I add it to my level 24 armor, it only adds 13 magicka. The glyph is intended for item between level 15-25 so I didn't think my 24 armor should be a problem. Is that a bug or working as intended? What's the point of creating a blue glyph if it doesn't work that well?

✭✭Its dependent on the piece of armor you place it on. Might depend on rarity as well.1 -

In the enchant dialog, select a glyph and then mouse over the armor icon below and it will tell you how much of the glyph value is actually going to be applied.
I went through this last night and got 100% for my helmet but only about 40% for both my gauntlets and boots.

Okay, that's what I got too, the helm enchanted for 100%, but belt and shoulder enchanted for about 40%. Kind of sucks, making enchanting less appealing now, especially when it takes so much bag space to keep all those enchantments for jewelry....0
