Eidetic memory bugged?

So I unlocked the Eidetic Memory today this night, but to my dismay it seems severaly bugged. The majority of books and papers I read are not unlocked and even if I revisit those books/notes/letters, they do not get unlocked...
Relogging didnt help either.

Never herad of it, is it a skill to track all the letters and book you find around?
How did you unlock it?

Its the end reward for the mage guild quest line. It is supposed to add all books, notes and letters you found in past and future to your library in your journal.

It is bugged for me too. Doesn't show any of the motifs I learned.

Yeah same here. It works fine with anything I get after it's unlocked.

No it doesnt even work fine with books after you unlocked it. Over time the books get locked again. My counter is going up during a playsession and after a while its going down again. So its forgetting books again lol

I really hope this is fixed soon! I was thrilled when i first got it!

But that went downhill when i realized it was bugged!
