Characters can not interact with environment

Since the patch, my toons are not able to interact with the environment. They pass through objects like crafting stations, buildings, stairs, etc. I cannot interact with any crafting stations, but I can interact with books and npcs. NPCs I cannot run through, if that helps at all.

Jlou✭Update on this issue. The problem affects by my account and my wife's on the same computer. The problem does not affect either account on a different computer. Since this appears to be a problem with the client side, I attempted reboot, to no avail. I'm now going to uninstall and reinstall in hopes things load correctly this time.0

Jlou✭Reinstall completed and it did resolve the issue, for anyone else out there experiencing this.0
