Possibly fixed the guild store/bank/member lag issue.

So I was having a lot of lag and I know others have too for guild stores/banks/members not showing up.

I had a game mod that told me when people logged on in my guild along with other tools for guilds and when I disabled them three days ago and since have not had any lag!
