random crash to desktop

It seems to happen randomly and without reason. Once, I was just running around a town. Second time I was picking a locked chest. Third time I was just fighting something. I don't get it.. My computer is more than capable of running the game and all my drivers are up to date. Also really annoying that it resets all my settings to default and disables all my addons.

I can get over the settings resetting and my addons being disabled.. but why is the game randomly crashing? The game doesn't lag or give me any sign or warning that it's about to crash. Just closes and gives me the window to send a crash report.

Running Windows 7
Nvidia GTX 770 4GB
16GB RAM
Computer is running at around 40*C while playing.

Since the last update I am getting a client crash every 10 minutes or so, completely random. Didn't have any issues before. Hope they fix it soon.

I get 2 or more crashes a day.. except today.. 4 crashes as soon as I load in.

It's been happening pretty frequently to me. Almost always at peak times of the day when more people are on and in areas where there are alot of people. I was crashing about every 5 mins last night in Wayrest. I then went into a 4 man instance and had no problems. I came back out to Wayrest after that and crashed once more then was fine the rest of the night (after midnight EST). Like the people who have been having frequent crashes in Cyrodiil, it only seems to be happening to me when I'm in an area with alot of other players.

Yup same problem here, absolutely random unexpected crashes. Nothing in common at all. Sometimes it crashes when I'm standing still, sometimes when I'm riding horse, sometimes when I'm talking to npc, sometimes when I'm fighting a mob ... doesn't matter, it crashes in any situation and without any prior indication or apparent cause.

PC is at 40-50C, GPU is at 70C
