ThatHappyCat✭✭✭✭✭Yes. IMO losing 0.3s cast time doesn't really do much, and it doesn't decrease further as you level it either. I'd stick with Lingering Ritual.6

Zsymon✭✭✭✭I really expected a more thought-through change from Zenimax.. just the fact that the skill doesn't change with rank shows they didn't think about it at all and just pushed it through.
