Templar the best healer in the game

High elf is the race you should be if you're wanting to be maxed out in magicka regeneration and max magicka. My racial gives 9 percent magicka regeneration while in combat and the other is 8 or 12 percent max magicka. To increase your magicka as much as possible you'll be using a restore staff. Each completed heavy attack regen 10% magicka added onto your 9% magicka regen while in combat racial would equal to 17% magicka returned on completion of the heavy attack. Not adding armour enchants or skill points from other lines. I am also in heavy armour.
What I have deduced from this is that in fact templars aren't completely nerved from the beta be they are still balanced because most people don't realize we lose a mitigation tree or extra cc tree in exchange for the healing templar tree. This balancing it for the OP storms to come to this thread. Getting back to the title we have a whole tree for healing and if we won't the inexpensive hot (2nd ability can't remember) and is a way to top people off. We have huge heals that critical and nice range and if that heal that we can use on ourselves and people also benefit (the one that heals us for 30 percent extra and nearby allies) we have a seemingly endless pool of magicka. Other classes won't be able to compete we will be topping the healing charts. If the player is more skilled then the templar then he might have a chance.
