Can't use offensive abilities? (bug?)

I had a new bug today, where for some reason during a keep raid on chalman, I stopped being able to use offensive abilities. At first i thought it was a silence or something; but i was still able to use dragon blood to heal myself. Couldnt use talons, shard, poison arrows, anything.
The first time it happened, i also dropped to about 1 FPS: now, there were only 3 or 4 defenders, so it wasn't like my computer (which is new, and beastly powerful) was freaking out. I died, relogged, and respawned.
A little while later, I rolled up on some guys about to repair the same wall of said keep; the moment I ulti'd (magma shell) I was suddenly unable to use any offensive abilities again. No huge fps decrease this time; just unable to do anything aggressive, and i noticed my auto-attacks wouldn't do any damage either.
20 minutes later; after going to another battle (no problems there, so either its the players at chalman or the place) I returned to fight at chalman; same small number of defenders. A rogue goes to jump me on the bottom floor, I try to use shards to knock him down; Suddenly I cant use offensive abilities again, and my auto-attacks appear to be hitting nothing but air, even though i'm right up in his face. >:[ It persisted longer than 8 seconds; in fact, i couldn't use any abilities but dragon blood all the way until i left the game & we took the keep (six or seven minutes later)
I completely shut down the game, launcher, and restarted. Hopefully this fixes it once and for all, keep you updated.
