Disappointing difficulty (feedback)

My build is pretty much random and I am not a particularly good player but I have recently completed the mage's guild and the fighter's guild quest lines, as well as the main quest line and I am really disappointed by their complete lack of difficulty.

Will not talk about anything non-solo (which is obviously a joke in terms of difficulty) but especially the mages' and fighters' guilds quest lines have ridiculously low difficulty - they feel like a joke as well - making them feel unrewarding, not memorable at all and insignificant. As I have said in another thread, it's pretty much like watching a movie rather than playing a game.

The main quest line is less of a joke (only because of 1-2 bosses) but too easy as well. With an almost random character build, the only things I had to fight twice were the titan and Molag Bal.

Were it not for the amazing quest content, the outstanding voice acting and beautiful design and graphics the game would feel repetitive and tedious.


PS: I am a casual player myself - it was by chance that I had enough time in my schedule this period to complete these quest lines already.
The thing is, this difficulty doesn't cater to casual players, it caters to people who want to play farmville instead of Elder Scrolls.

I came in here expecting to hear yet another person complaining about it being too hard. Kudos to you sir.

nice OP, i agree but sadly there needs to be some easy content for the casuals, on the other hand there needs to be harder content as only darkshade cavern vet 10 seems to provide a bit of.

I agree. I hope this thread gets some attention. Bring on some challenge.

I haven't had many obstacles I would say are overly challenging while playing but it's still been a pretty fun ride anyways.
