Having launcher problems?
I've had various launcher bugs on this game from time to time. Todays latest problem 'could not locate current version'. Did repair.. Did uninstall nuking all the preference files etc in my windows user directory.. Its the launcher itself that is bugged.. The game is otherwise fine.
People may want to go to their game installation folder itself.. then under the /game/client directory there is ESO.EXE (the game client). See if this gets you back into play until they fix the damned launcher.. It basically bypasses the game launcher and straight off loads into the game itself.
If people are not sure, they can right click that ESO.EXE file and make a shortcut. Just drag that shortcut to your desktop or where ever else works..
