Game after the main story

Hey, i wanted to ask you one question. How do you progress after the main story ends?
Correct me if i'm mistaken, but at the moment we have 3options: pvp, doing other faction quests and vet dungeons.
My problem is i'm more of a pve type player. I tried to do a vet dungeon, but we wiped so hard that we decided to wait for better gear. That's nit a bad thing i like that pve content is not very easy. The last option is to do other faction quests, but the problem is i want to conserve that content and story for my alts. In most faction based mmos leveling an alt in a different faction gives you replayability value, experiencing different storyline, well at least for me.
So is there any kind of zone or quest line that is not relates to factions for lvl50 players? If no, that is one of the biggest disadvatages of this game so far. At least for me.
I know that there will be an adventure zone, but it will require a vet level above1 i think?

You're supposed to be able to advance to the questing zones of other factions and do their leveling content in order to progress your veteran ranks. If you truly finished your main storyline, the one involving the Prophet and all that, then you need to return to the Harborage. You should be able to advance into the veteran content through there, I think.

Sadly, I am blocked by quest bugs from actually knowing that from experience, but it seems that is how it will work.

watch out, once you get to Vet 10 it becomes crazy hard to level skills

How so? Cant you go back and grind for experience to level the weapons/skills? I would have thought it would be easier...
