Constant and often periodic freezes in Coldharbour.

After this patch, when I finally entered Coldharbour, I have been getting CONSTANT periodic freezes every 30 or so seconds while fighting monsters and running around. This has started to get on my nerves sadly. This happened a bit in other places but not as bad here ever since the patch.
