Please Buff Dark Anchors

Dark Anchors are too easy and the mobs there insta-gib way too fast. Dark Anchor's should be feared by multiple players.

    I agree, they are far too easy. I finished one earlier with just one other player. Doesn't feel like you accomplished anything.

    Yeah Anchors are a rip off from Rift. If they want to steal something at least copy the good parts. In their current state, the only reason to do them is for the achievement.

    I agree, I think the best way to deal with this would be to rise the anchor's difficulty with the number of players that are in the vicinity.

    The problem with straight up increasing the difficulty would be that after the leveling burst, it will be hard to find people in the low level areas to help with anchors. It would be great for us now, but hurt new players in a few months.

    That could work. Another solution would be to leave most of the anchors in each zone the way they are but have one or two that are raid difficulty all the time.

    It would be nice if there was a way they could scale up depending on the numbers of people present. Though I imagine that would be a programming nightmare.

    Just dark anchors? Everything in this game is too easy. At least 1-50, I cant speak for vet yet, I'm 48 waiting for servers to come back up T_T

    I have never feared death in this game after level 15ish, I have not only been soloing all the "group" delves like vile mance and lost city, but soloing the "group challenges" in them as well. Then a friend and I, both dps, no heals, have duod almost every single 4 man instance at level or 2 levels UNDER them. The one exception being the island one in the 30s with the AOE lightning crystal guy. Two dps duoing 4 man dungeons with no heals ....ugh.

    While I completely hate solo content in a multiplayer game, I understand the need for it to please some people and pull in more subscribers, but at least make the stuff designed for groups FOR groups.

    They're easy because you got people that out level it [often see level 30-40+s doing Anchors in Stonefalls, Deshann... same levels and they're pretty hard once the bigger things spawn in.

    They are harder in veteran content. It seems like you will need at least 5-6 people to take one down, and depending on what spawns you may need more.

    Well that's good to know. I nearly solo'd one at lvl 25 the other day - couldn't quite do it, until another player came along to steal a few of the mobs away. Then we were all good. Part of the problem was that I also grabbed a lot of non-anchor mobs from around! hahaha.

    Where you blast through in normal takes time and preparation in vet rank. Dont get to excited and complain that its to hard.

    Edit, dungeons have a scaling difficulty. The higher level they are the more stuff is added to mobs/bosses.
