weirdest/no textures
Been having some problems fps wise with the game since this last patch so i decided to OC my cpu and this is the result. I can play BF4 on ultra no problem with my oc at 3.8 with solid 80fps and no out of place textures.
I used bios to overclock and have used the auto OC in there and manually changed my voltages and speeds but still same. No crashes though
I don't have any addons in game and tried multiple combinations in the video settings to improve the fps
I am trying to kill 2 birds with one stone here so if anyone could help me figure out why my fps is around 40 (20 in cyrodill) and why the gx are like this in OC your help would be greatly appreciated

Asrock970 Extreme 4 Motherboard
gskill 8gb 1600hz RAM
