My game slows down later in the day and becomes unplayable.

I live in Australia and when i play the game later in the day (3.30pm-5.30pm AEST 1.30am-3.30am EST) the games speed flops like a lazy sloth.
I tried contacting support but they were not able to help, i have also tried, logging off and back on again but most of the time it won't even log off, i tried quitting and restarting, and i even tried turning my computer off, but nothing works.
A developers answer on this would be most helpful.
