Quickslot hotkey.

I'd really kill for the ability to set hotkeys to swap between quickslot items! It's a huge pain in PvP, to swap between items on your hotkey, because you have to hold Q, and then use your mouse to select. Using your mouse to select is a very bad thing in a fight!

Take a look at your Controls, you are able to set all kinds of new key binds to whatever you wish

I don't even use the quick menu regularly because I'm too uncoordinated to manage it. I use an xbox controller with xpadder which limits my key combos and I have only used the quick menu twice to access a single type of healing potion in boss fights (I.e I don't switch items on it)

It's a shame because the radial menu in dragons age was well implemented and I could manage it. ESO's quick menu? Not so much.

I'm loving the game overall though

Not only did I check the possible key binds, I checked for add ons for it, as well.

If you are playing on PC you can use an addon (eg. greymind quick slot bar) to keybind your quickslots.

The API supports this, but the built-in UI does not. If you are on PC, Bandit's UI has this function, as does Greymind's Quickslot Bar.

Here ya go, Greymind Quickslot Bar is an awesome add-on that I've been using for years. It gives you a bar for all of your quick slot items, like the one for your skills, and you can key bind each item. It's one of my fave addons.

Thank you for the replies, I'll have to check out those add-ons. I did find this add-on after posting here that seems to do the trick for what I was wanting (I am playing on PC):

Rhalyf's (QuickSlot) Keybindings

I was able to map my num pad keys to the radial directions for the quickslot and map the num pad 5 to use the item (essentially a second binding like Q). This seems to work really well as I can now very quickly switch between quickslots and use them.
