My account has been hacked

You have a source hacking into to your legitimate customers accounts causing you to see them as spamming when that is not the case. Since playing your game last week... I have been sporadically sent a spam message from a company with gold in their site name. They are attempting to get your customers to accept some bogus request. I have been denying it each time and now as a result the spammers are making it appear that I am doing the spamming. I think this should be of great concern to the EOS Technical Support team. You are falsely accusing your customers of hacking. Instead, I would highly suggest that the team put all of their efforts towards eradicating and exposing the hackers/spammers for who and what they are doing to your customers. Please come forward and protect your customers from all Unsavory folks.

    Could you elaborate a bit further. They have got you to accept what request which enables them to spam from your name? I don't understand what they've done.

    This makes no sense to me, either.

    I think the idea is that if people refuse guild invites, the person who does the invite can report the Decline as spam? I assume there is a decline message sent back to the person who did the invite.

    They didn't get me accept. I denied the request each time the spam would come up. I am not sure how they are getting access to our account but in the middle of the game a spam message from them will pop up asking me to accept. It's obvious this is a scam so of course I would not accept.

    What you are saying doesn't really make sense, as what you're implying is that Zeni have reprimanded you for declining invitations...

    If your gripe is with gold spammers in general, report them.

    Option to turn off guild-join requests would fix this. Ive been getting lots of those invites too.

    But as to those other hacking claims etc. weirdness, i dont understand the OP at all :)

    I think he's saying that he was hacked and his account was used to spam gold selling messages?

    Or, based on the second "paragraph", he's in the Matrix and Agents are after him.

    Makes sense to me, they are stealing accounts and using the accounts they steal to spam so their gold hoarding accounts aren't in danger, I just got hacked, fixed it, and within less than an hour was hacked again now, trying to fix it again.

    GL. I dont think you explained yourself in a way i can understand but i do believe their is a code login lock when someone is attempting to login to your account from another Ip. I recieved one the other night. So they would have had to hack your account and you email passwords. How in the world did you let that happen? lol.

    negative, its suspended, I talked to customer support on the phone and it has 'to be sent to appeals and they can't do anything for me right now' Emails aren't that hard to hack into, and I'm obviously not the only one that's been hacked, both know people and have seen other threads regarding it than this one. Good chance I'm filing a dispute if this isn't resolved in 24 hours.
