PvP WishList Modes and Otherstuff

Welcome To the PVP WishList !!

Here are some Things I would Like to see in this game in the future:

Dueling- We should be able to test our strength with our Allies and or Call them out.

Arenas- I think it would be fun to have the options to run 2v2,3v3,4v4,5v5,6v6 etc. Of course this would result in Alot of balance issues and cc alerts and or dr timers.

Level Brackets For All PvP- Currently on Cyrodiil when you get lvl10 you can join the battle here and face foes from every level ! Max level vs Low level is Never Fun, well for the low level.. Having Bracketed Campaigns would solve this!

Ganking Outside of Cyrodiil- Why cant I hunt down some Rival from an enemy Faction in their home territory while they are having breakfast? I certainly can irl. Considering this games stance on realism I'd say get on that zenimax.

    Bracketed Campaigns could work but the only issue for me would be the lack of numbers on either campaign right now,
    I think having a buffed lowbie is better encouragement for world pvp
    Brackets could work in a more arena based system.

    On pvp outside of Cyrodiil a bounty system like SWG could be set up, obviously a few changes. But this allowed you to hunt down those pvpers who earned a rep in the game
    In SWG once you were killed you got the chance to place a bounty on the person who did so, after it reached a level it appeared for hunters to collect Then they tracked you down and duelled you. It made for some brilliant encounters for one on one pvp
    Could make it around a Bounty Hunter type Guild

    Suggestions I have

    Non Keep Based Objectives
    Make tactical objectives pop up
    For example, say a train of NPCs carrying supplies has been spotted in position X
    It is up to your faction to either support, destroy or capture these supplies for yourself
    For every successful delivery to a keep, the supply train gets bigger and bolder
    Maybe players could carry supplies themselves? And have to work their way to safety to reinforce their faction.
    Arriving supplies could give a buff or big points bonus

    Kill a named NPC
    The idea behind this is working with a group to achieve a goal, we have a massive capture the flag system. So why not change it a little
    Make it so to achieve a victory in one area, players have to Kill Player X ( or NPC) your faction has to defend or attack this to dent the war effort of that faction
    Maybe players could carry supplies themselves? And have to work their way to safety to reinforce their faction.
    Arriving supplies could give a buff or big points bonus


    I think those two options would add a little more to the game, encourage factions to venture out and explore areas and fight in places they wouldn’t normally

    I was just thinking that it would be cool to travel or run a quest line to some Exclusive Area to be involved in some kinda underground Fight Club where you can 1v1, 2v2 enemy players In front of everyone there.

    Or maybe allow multiple fights somehow to avoid any kind of wait time.

    where its people from each Faction with some kinda of code they have to follow in not attacking outside of the circle, you know for the lore and rp in the game.

    I think this would be a great Hangout put some vendors and crafting areas or allow people to earn these features there by winning fights.

    What are anyones ideas on this?

    1) Dueling is pretty much forbidden by lore. We are to save our energy for the enemy on the battlefield. Now, drunken brawls are another thing. Maybe some form of area we could go where fighting was permitted, then you could even add gambling to it.

    2) Arenas would be nice but a bit odd to implement lore wise. Like, what exactly would be their purpose? Sure it would be a nice add but just a bit odd.

    3) Level brackets are Purposefully not in the game. Its to encourage players comradery, ie a level 10 player isn't going to be able to heal you, but put them behind a trebuchet and they are good to go. One on one, the high level will always gank them, encouragement to level.

    4) The reason for that and you will learn in the main story line, you can not go to the other factions looking how you are. They would see your alignment and kill you on the spot. It just wouldn't happen, all the NPCs would be hostile.

    1. Lvls in this game are amazingly close together. A Lvl 10 and a lvl 50 are not as far apart as say WoW. Thus tiering of 10-50 isn't a problem. Vets do need to be tiered out because they do dominate servers though. Else 1-50(vet1) is usually fine: Just be in numbers.

    2. Megaservers==this not possible. You force game into WPvP. EPIC GREIFING begins...

    Battle Grounds
    I would be realy glad to see some "less time consuming" mass pvp forms.
    Some sort of Battle Ground from WoW.
    Lesser zone, less number of players, less time for compaign untill end.
    For example:
    You queue into compaign, when there is "enougth" players compaign start.
    Other players may join this compaign but only untill certain limit of players and they remain in queue if their dominion already overpopulated comparing to other dominions to remain balance.
    Compaign last for, lets say, 1 hour and 30 mins. At the end you gain some rewards comparing to your performance like kills, dmg or healing done, some objective completed e.t.c. and main reward for lets say, holding more points of interest or more objectives done at the time of the compaign end.

    For me, playing Cyrodiil some times getting realy boring, because i usualy spend more time on getting from one point to another then on actual PvP because of the zone size and various restrictions on spawn locations and porting.
    Also all you efford become 0 as soon as you go sleep because of "NightWalkers" zergs.

    I feel there needs to be some options.

    They should at least consider the people leveling in pvp and not face them against Max Level Players.

    Max lvl vs Low lvl is Game over. You join cyrodiil as a non vet and its just one shot central. Better get yourself into a zerg group.

    I hope they do something cause I like the attack system this game offers and want to do more then just run with a larger group.

    But I also wish for loot drops when you die. To add some risk/reward.
    Add PvP loot drops for some risk/reward in this game.

    They barely care what happens in Cyradiil as it is.

    Arena's would be cool, unlikely though.
