Just wondering how does the scuttler level up? Been roaming around with him for some time and he doesn't do anything but follow me. help?

    It's a vanity pet, it doesn't do anything other than look cute.

    What they haven't told you is that the scuttler is actually a member or the Dark Brotherhood who is following you around and he is lvl 60, that's why you can't see through his disguise.

    Once you in a full raid and all members of the raid summon their scuttler pet and move the raid just right so the pets all stand on top of each other. They combine and make a MEGA scuttler.

    Mega scuttler is cool, but if you were running at me with a horde of scuttlers following you, I would be very concerned; "they are attacking and have control of the creatures of the sea! RUUUUNNN!!!"
