Hey, guys?!?! WTH? I just logged in this morning and I lost EVERYTHING!! Im nekkid! - no armomr, no weapons, no potions no MONEY AND to top it all off, my friggin BANK is empty!! WTH? What am I gonna do now? Nothing to fight with and I cant get loot off lower level enemies to start earning stuff back. REEAAALLLLYYYY UPSET!

    OK, when I view my magic slots, they are all empty but looking at my skill tree, it SAYS my skills are all in tact but then I go to slot it and it says I dont know that ability.

    Yes that is what I mean, contacting ESO's support. They need to know this is still an issue and was not fixed with maintenance. I hope they can do something for everyone soon, this is rather terrible.

    I had the same thing happen. It's as if their solution actually exacerbated the problem. If only coding made more sense and was easy to work with. Glad I don't have to work with it ever.

    This is really bad.

    This isn't a bugged quest or lag.

    This is game breaking.

    It's not something I would expect my paying customers to deal with, I'll tell you that. If people don't think their characters are secure, they're not going to want to waste their time with the game at all, let alone pay to play as much as we have already. Character/inventory/bank resets are simply not acceptable post-launch.

    more than 48 hours after submitting my ticket, all I got was a "we got your ticket" response. Im left with an unplayable character and started over with a new second character while they work my first one. Main story line quest bug in Escape from Bleak rock Isle. I cannot complete that main story line quest therefore again I cannot progress in the game. Two characters, time and effort spent on these and they dont seem to make this a priority to get it fixed. They dont stay in touch with you. Horrible customer service and an incredibly unstable game released way too early. Heck, the BETAs ran smoother than this for me. I have requested a full refund and cancelled my subscription.
    Thanks for turning me off to TES, guys. You had me from Arena all the way to Skyrim. This one blew it for you when you stopped caring about the folks that have spent massive amounts of time and real money and really havent gotten anything in return.
