Why is the NA Megaserver having so many issues compared to EU?

NA Megaserver keeps coming down for this and that. Aren't they the same duplicated servers in terms of setup etc? I hope ZOS get their act together because there have been very major issues, like last week with missing items and this week with the semi rollbacks that most people are experiencing, including myself.

That is funny, i haven't been able to play properly on eu with all this unknown error, bugged quests and what not, they are fixing yours right now so go outside or sleep and when you wakeup/get back you are good to go.0
