Do Veteran level mobs crit players? I can't mind any info on this anywhere.

GZ man,I can't wait to do them all!
Been doing quests to gain more veteran level. Did Fungal Grotto with guildies which was fun. Then tried another dungeon,can't remember what, but the mobs were level 3-4 and we were all VT1, so we couldn't get pass a 3rd mob lol
