error 201 (77:1:1016:1035)

last night while playing i had a game crash probably my 3rd in a week since starting to play while trying to log back in i get the error message "error 201 (77:1:1016:1035)" a few google searches later and it brings up nothing i start a post on the Elderscrolls Online facebook page and get a few helpful hints from people saying my game subscription wasn't set up after following that i trying logging into my account with google chrome and i was getting "This webpage is not available" i then tried logging into with firefox and i am able to log in fine to see i have 21 days playing time left with the next payment on 15th May, since the first crash i have had 3 bluescreens of death.
Currently i am trying to move a copy of ESO to my external HD which gets to about half way then i get blues screen of death.
youtube not loading aswell #worldfirstproblems
Any help would be great
UPDATE : COMPLETELY remove my virus scanner ESET and now able to log in, youtube now loading
