Low Fps on med settings

Hello i have 16-22 fps on med setting can anyone give me a clue why?

my pc stuff is

: AMD A8-6500 APU (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
6gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
-Dedicated Memory: 1994 MB

Yeah... That 610 needs to go bud. I'm surprised you can even play on Med with that thing.

lol i get that a lot but for some reason mine is actually umm different as in it has 2gb dedicated memory this is it http://www.zotac.com/ca/products/graphics-cards/product/graphics-cards/detail/geforce-gt-610-synergy-edition-2gb.html

2gb yes, but it's 2gb ddr3. Which doesn't perform well at all on todays games. You want ddr5 video memory, keep that in mind when looking for a new card.
