Eastmarsh - Mistwatch

I've done nearly everything in the zone in Eastmarsh but can not find the quest that sends you to Mistwatch, anyone done this?? Can't find any information online.

    Then do the ones that are part of that "nearly"

    The main storyline sends you there. Pretty sure you need to follow the line to be allowed acces. The story begins in windhelm, talk to Mera Stormcloak. It's a very long line.

    i've done everything up to mistwatch, finished at witt with the vamps and did not notice a quest there. was wondering if anyone remembers what took them to mistwatch. done 41/46 quests in this zone and can not find the ones to take you there to finish the story

    I have the same problem. I cannot complete Caldwell's journal because I cannot get the quest to Mistwatch.

    How did you complete these?
