-Quest broke- Fulfilling ones Fate broken?

Anyone else have the issue were this Ouze wont spawn? Is it just a LONG respawn or is it actually broken.

Cancel the quest, start it over... it worked for me today after that.

Finally got it to spawn, not sure if its fixed or not.

Still broken, there were tons of people standing around tonight.

yep, this morning, too. and now i'm SURE i've killed the guys standing over 2 of the bugs with the beam of light.

The "boss" mob is a spectral lion, appears at the altar of Ouze. If its not fixed please /bug it.

It finally worked for me early yesterday morning (around 5 a.m. pst.) I had luckily heard someone in zone chat mention that the boss was spawning.

The issue is that the location is camped. The world phase/instance doesn't reset. What needs to happen is everyone needs to go away for a few minutes and let it reset. It's the reason why people that show up in early mornings/late nights and have no problem with it, because no one is camping it. Sometimes relogging will help, assuming you log into a phase/instance that has reset.
