[request] Improve raid management

Hello everyone,

I'm a PvP raid leader for a multigaming guild and I have two main issues with the game as it currently stands, that make very difficult to organize several raid groups.

In order to improve that aspect of the game we'ld need two improvements :

- We need a special icon to point out the raid leader. I know that you are already working on it, but I just wanted to let you know that it is very much needed.

- We also need specific colors for guildmates. Right now enemies are red and allies are blue, guildmates should be green, purple or whatever.

These two simple changes would help tremendously PvP raid leaders.

There are other addons to improve it's looks.
I hope an addon person takes a look at your suggestions, they would be handy.

I would like to see less framerate drop when people leave and join big groups.
