In regards to the bolster effect

Hey, I'd like to just bring it to your attention Zenimax, that skills like "Bound Armor" which are intended to buff your armor rating, have no effect in Cyrodiil when you are under L50 because of the bolster effect.
If a player sacrifices a skill slot for an armor skill, it should work through the bolster in Cyrodiil. Danke.
