BANK RESSETED

Yesterday wile I was moving items in and out of the bank between my characters, all of a sudden my bank space resseted. No items were inside and the space was back at 60. I logged out and back in then thankfully I had items back in the bank but my space was still resseted at 60,meaning I must have lost items because of that. (I had more than 60 inside). On top of that I received a new round of the imperial edition extra content via mail (I dont care about that but it was weird). I sent an in-game ticket but I got no answer nor solution. I tried to send a support ticket via the game's site but support is down. WTF MUST I DO? Im getting desperate and regretting my money already...
