What is the point of farms/mills/mines ?

I understand that alliance owning those have their defenses buffed (for corresponding keep). But what does the guild have from owning those minor objects?

I see no options to manage your property, it adds nothing to your guild. It is so strange..

When I was thinking about owning something in Cyrodiil (even before game release) it was like.. "WOOW, it is so cool and awesome! It is like being a top guild!"

And now I see half of the resources in Auriel's Bow (biggest campaign btw) unclaimed by the guilds. Because they look like useless piece of.. junk. Seriously, that is the biggest fail in whole Cyrodiil idea. Objectives and rewards nobody interested in. In real world resources are the primary reason for all wars and conflicts. That's what should drive the battles in Imperial province.

Zenimax, please consider making something out of this uselessness. May be it should be free resources generated for the guild, private resource nodes for members, may be specialized smaller versions of G-store Merchant NPCs open to anyone, private teleports, some decisions on upgrading and building your property, small guild-halls at least. Just ANYTHING will do. Please

Anyone can comment something on this matter? May be i missed something valuable and owning such object is so advantageous and profitable for a guild?

In its current state, no. There is no bonus for owning these for your guild. I wish they will eventually give something, but it would have only to be a bonus for PvP. Cause if it affected PvE, that crowd would cry cause they would then be "forced" into pvp to gain those bonuses. Unlike the scrolls bonus or emperor bonus. They only need to set a pvp server as their home and if their side gets one of those(scroll/emperor) they get the bonus no matter what.

Oh and the primary reason for all wars isn't always property. At least throughout history. Perhaps that's more of a thing now, but what happens now, in the grand scheme of things, isn't to be considered the norm over thousands of years of conflict.
