Does anybody know where the location to craft this set its? I have looked everywhere online but cant seem to find the location. I personally use the set but the higher lvl i go the less incentive i have to use the armor.

You cannot craft this set. It's only looted in roughly lvl 18-22 and Veteran rank 1.
