ultra graphics tessellation Delay

hello
my system configuration details :
Core i7 3770K
2XGTX 770 SLI GeForce 337.50 Beta
RAM 16 GB DDR3 1600mhz
Windows 7
i noticed that there is a tessellation Delay in ESO
i want to know if this problem is Global scale , or just me
here's what a tessellation Delay :

tessellation is the change of details "number of polygons " when you approach the targe.
so , the object that is far will have less number of polygons and less details
but when you get closer it needs to change the details to high or ultra
in ESO that is taking about 2-5 s even 10 s to change the details

i have tested all possible solutions
i have changed the driver to 5 older version .
changed back my stock clocks
NO-SLI tested on one GPU
my virtual memory is 40 GB on SSD
please this is affecting my gaming experience
and another thing there's No working SLI profile For ESO i had to make one ...

    Depending on your card you can adjust the tessellation in your card software, for example for ati you can do it in catalyst. You can set it so the game controls it or your card does.

    What you're describing is NOT tesselation. Tesselation is a method used to give a raised "rough" texture to objects, by tiling it with geometric shapes. You're just talking about the higher resolution textures taking longer to load when you get up close. I've not noticed a delay like this, although I am running off of an SSD.

    It's known that there's a delay in high resolution texture loading on characters.

    I have heard that you can fix it by manually editing the game's settings file (I haven't tried this myself yet):

    And this is a texture problem, not polygon based tessellation or LOD (Level of Detail) problem.

    I was juuuuust jumping in here to correct that... tessellation != texture lod mips.

    You can adjust your settings.ini to force High Res textures at all object´s in range. However, it will lower your FPS by a huge amount on anything that has less than 2VRam.

    I wouldn't run it with less than 3VRam and a 280x to be honest.

    Good link by the way @FishBreath‌, I hadn't known of the setting to force higher LoD's. Actually seems to be reducing load hitching for me honestly/dips, since it isn't swapping in/out of memory so much (GTX 780 @ 1.2ghz, i7 2600k @ 4.4ghz, 2560x1440 @ 110hz, 16gb ddr3 cas9 @ 1866mhz, 337.50 NVidia drivers). More VRAM allocation and it's keeping the GPU usage pegged a lot more, but it's overall a better experience.
