I have not heard of anyone getting the rare 4. But then again, I am not all knowing, but I am sure someone would blab about it somewhere...

Don't know but there's a mage summoning skill that makes your armor look daedric.

Have a couple guildies at 50 and they haven't heard of anyone finding one yet either. It has been rumored that these are only found in veteran areas but no one has seen them yet
