I like Blood Craze.
I also get a bunch of damage increase on CCed targets (Stunned, silenced, off balance etc..)
I also get armor pen with a mace, extra damage with a sword, a bleed with an axe or crit chance with daggers.
Seems good to me, but I'm a nightblade with tons of stuns.
None of the weapon sets are designed to do more damage than the next. The game is all about personal preference and balance.
If you find yourself wanting different abilitys or needing different passives then just change your focus.

Are you shure about that? could be that i haven't hit high level skills yet, but i swear that my S&B does far less damage then my 2h. and it doesn't "look" like that improves as you get higher...the S&B skills are designed around damage reduction, while the 2h are designed around high damage.
And my resto staff tree has nothing but healing spells. I don't see that doing as much damage as, say destro staf
now I could see 2h and DW being pretty balance, as well as the destruction staves. but it seems to me that at the least resto staff (healing spec) and S&G (tank spec) are oriented towards healing and defenses more then damage.
